I Can’t Believe It’s A Real TV Show! Stars Earn Stripes
by Daniel Roos on Aug.13, 2012, under Television
C-list stars in a military themed reality tv show? Dean Cain the most recognizable face? I can’t believe it’s a real(ity) tv show, and it’s debuting tonight on NBC primetime! I can’t believe NBC has gone downhill since they had women playing with hoola hoops last week! Oh, Fall Season, come soon! (continue reading…)

And People Think America’s Got Talent?
by Larry Oso on Nov.23, 2011, under Only on the Internet, Television
A clip from an Indian talent show, where a bunch of strong men types destroy themselves to the unadulterated horror of the judges. I only made it three minutes (out of seven), kudos to those who watch the whole thing (viewer warning, naturally): (continue reading…)
Television Tidbits: New Flintstones, Two & A Half Men Won’t Die, More

I’d actually participated in two of my office’s “Biggest Loser” contests (winning the second – woo hoo!) without ever watching a minute of the show. I watched the first few episodes of the current, eleventh season, primarily for the purpose writing a hi-larious blog on the topic, poking fun at my fellow fatties and their foibles. But, to my great surprise, I find myself enjoying the show. I am only slightly mortified by this admission. (continue reading…)
Jersey Shore Cast On Strike! Middle East Peace May Be In Jeopardy!
by Daniel Roos on Jul.19, 2010, under Television
Breaking news! That strangely popular reality show Jersey Shore is threatening to go on strike if their contracts are not changed. If Jersey Shore is not back for season 3 and Larry King is leaving the air, what other shows will I not be able to not watch? Something must be done! All they want is more money, and if anyone deserves more money isn’t it a bunch of vain, self-absorbed pseudo celebrity morons made famous by the fact people like watching them humiliate themselves on national televesion?
